EVENT DAY/TIME AND LOCATION
This Let's Talk LD event will take place, rain or shine, on Friday, April 6, 2018, at the Summit View School (Valley Glen). The event will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m.
DIRECTIONS
Please refer to WAZE, Google Maps, or your preferred navigation app. You will be traveling to 6455 Coldwater Canyon Avenue, Valley Glen, California 91606

Parking will be provided on site
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
Please bring a printed or digital copy of your ticket, or the email confirmation of your event registration.
DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
Dress Code is casual
WHAT TO BRING
Light refreshments will be served. If you are a parent, please consider bringing your high school-aged child.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
If your small child(ren) are likely to be restless, you may want to consider leaving them at home where they would be more comfortable.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Photography and videography by guests will be strictly prohibited. However, by entering and by your presence at this event, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with the event. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by entering the event. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not attend this event.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Online Registration will close on Friday, March 30, 2018. Online Registration is discounted at $95.00 per person. You may complete your registration and pay online using a credit card, however, processing and service fees apply. If you prefer to avoid additional fees, you may pay using VENMO by directing payment to @KD-Harris-LetsTalkLD. You may register at the door for $105 per household, under the same terms as the online registration.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Visa, Mastercard, and Debit Cards are accepted (please note that service and processing fees apply). To avoid service and processing fees you may VENMO your payment to @KD-Harris-LetsTalkLD. Please retain a screenshot of your VENMO payment and send an email with a copy of the screenshot to KD@LetsTalkLD.com.
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
You may register at the door for $105 per person, under the same terms as the online registration.
REFUND POLICY
Once tickets are purchased, no refunds will be granted.
TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. You must make formal arrangements with the Event Organizer, no later than March 30, 2018, at 5 p.m.
